Xi5 motors are designed for the long haul

Designed for years of trouble free service, saltwater models include an all-new composite shaft that can take on any and all obstructions that get in the way. The shaft will flex, but it won't break—and it is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

Durable features also include a sophisticated steering transmission that delivers quiet, dependable, precise performance. Steering transmission features include wear-reducing ball bearings, custom seals to keep water and dust out and an extra-rigid shaft support tube. Durability is further enhanced by high-efficiency electronics that are fully encapsulated in a high-tech coating, making them impervious to water and dust. There's also a protection circuit that prevents lower unit damage if the prop is stalled.

Designed for long life in saltwater environments

Saltwater models are specially coated against the effects of saltwater and incude anodes to prevent galvanic corrosion.

Pinpoint GPS technology keeps you on the fish

Getting to the fish and keeping your boat on top of the action is no problem with included Pinpoint GPS technology. This feature uses an ultra-precise GPS receiver and a compact, easy-to-use wireless control fob, which functions as an autopilot to get you to the fish and once you arrive to compensate for wind and current to "anchor" you at your selected spot. Adjusting your location is easy with the "Jog" feature and later, if you want to return to the same location, the Route Record/Playback feature will get you there. Other Pinpoint GPS features include Heading Lock, and Cruise Control, which together keep you on a straight line course, at a constant speed, unaffected by wind, tide, current or other factors.
