Our products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and reliability.In the unlikely event that your product has a technical defect, please contact us immediately at service@focusmarineoutboard.com.We will then issue a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number for the return of the defective product which we would ask you to indicate clearly on the outside of the return shipment. We hope you will understand that we cannot accept return shipments without an RMA number and shipments not sent prepaid.
In cases of warranty we also require the completed warranty card together with proof of purchase. Please include a copy of the latter with the shipment.As you can see from our terms of warranty, any claims for warranty will lapse if repairs are performed by companies not authorised by Focus Marine Outboard.,Ltd.

Warranty conditions
The warranty ends two years after the date on which the product was delivered to the final purchaser. Products that are used commercially or by public authorities - even if only temporarily - are excluded from this two-year warranty. In these cases, the statutory warranty applies. The right to claim under warranty runs out six months after discovery of a fault.
